Yvonne Tuchscher

Yvonne founded Resplendent Day Spa in 1994 with the dream of providing a “whole person” retreat where people can escape the rigors of daily life and realize their full potential. Yvonne’s passion and genuine commitment to the well-being of her clients make one’s visit to Resplendent Day Spa a truly resplendent experience.

Yvonne has spent over 28 years practicing and sharing her specialized knowledge of ancient and modern scientific beauty, health, and healing therapies. Yvonne is a licensed massage therapist and cosmetologist who has completed over 1,000 hours of specialized training, including Swedish/deep tissue massage, sports, and neuromuscular therapy. Yvonne is passionate about helping others achieve health, wellness, and overall well-being and is committed to providing the highest level of personalized service.

In addition to these therapies, Yvonne has practiced Arvigo Techniques of Maya Abdominal Therapy for over a decade, offering Arvigo therapy to both women and men. As one of the few therapists certified in this specialized Maya modality in the United States, Yvonne has completed Arvigo Advanced Training to support pregnancy from preconception to postpartum.

Richard Sánchez, MD, MPH, FAAP

Medical Director, Flagstone Medical, LLC and Flagstone Medical, PC

Dr. Richard Sánchez is an Arizona and California licensed and specialty-boarded primary care physician with a background in public health. He specializes in the assessment of emerging technology and pharmacy innovations to provide coverage guidance to providers and healthcare payers. He is an internationally recognized healthcare executive in care operations and policy. 

Dr. Sánchez received his medical degree from the University of California School of Medicine at San Francisco. He then completed a pediatric residency at the Children’s Hospital of Los Angeles. He received a Master of Public Health from the University of California, Berkeley.

Over the last twenty years, Dr. Sánchez has provided strategic and tactical leadership to many of the nation’s leading healthcare organizations, including AltaMed, Community Health Plan of Washington, Family Health Plan of Chicago, Aloha Care, U Care of Minnesota, Health Integrated, BCBS of North Carolina, McKesson, IASIS Healthcare, Steward Health Choice, and AxisPoint. He has recently served as Senior Vice President and Chief Medical Officer at Molina Healthcare and Health Choice, managing their clinical programs, medical affairs, quality and pharmacy departments’ operations, and quality initiatives. 

Before assuming this position three years ago, Dr. Sánchez was chief medical officer for Molina Healthcare of California and Molina Healthcare of Utah. He has over 20 years of experience in managed health care and technology assessment. He has also worked as Chief Medical Officer at Mercy Care Plan (Schaller Anderson), Coventry Health Care, Humana, and Blue Cross Blue Shield in New York City. Dr. Sánchez also served eight years as public health commissioner for the city and county of San Francisco, California.

Roschel Wynn

Roschel is a licensed esthetician and has been in the industry since 2004.

She is certified in over 25 different professional lines and modalities. Her areas of expertise are Hyperpigmentation Correction, Advanced Chemical Peels, Acne Treatment, Anti-Aging and Dermaplaning.

She is the lead educator for Control Corrective Professional skin care. She travels leads seminars speaking to licensed professionals at the International Congress of Aesthetics and Spa and International Beauty Shows.

Roschel has a practice at VIPMD Plastic Surgery Office in Bakersfield, Ca.

Skin Health is her passion and continues her own advancement in education consistently to keep with this ever-evolving industry.

Alison Guzman, NP

Meet the newest member of the Flagstone Medical team, Alison.

Alison is a nurse practitioner, specializing in adult medicine and aesthetics. She has been in the nursing field for over 8 years working in critical care, transplant, and travel nursing. Alison will be providing new client consultations in Men and Women’s Health and Orthopedic services, as well as administering aesthetic services such as Botox®, dermal fillers, Morpheus8, and more.
